Who we are

Launchpad (“we,” “us”) is a lead marketplace and sales platform operated by The Playbook Agency, available at launchpadleads.net. Questions about this policy or your data: support@launchpadleads.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, phone number, insurance license details (NPN, licensed states), and profile settings you provide.
• Business records — leads assigned to your account, dispositions, notes, appointments, orders, and sales you record.
• Usage and device data — log and analytics data used to keep the platform secure and reliable.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google account, Launchpad accesses Google user data strictly to provide features you turn on:

Google Calendar (calendar.events scope)

• We create, update, and delete calendar events that correspond to appointments you book in Launchpad — that is the only use. We do not read, scan, or process your other calendar events.
• We store the OAuth refresh token needed to keep the sync working and the IDs of events we created. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are accessible only to our backend service — never to other users.
• We access your Google account email address solely to display which account is connected.

How Google data is shared

• We do not sell Google user data, ever.
• We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host our systems (listed below), acting on our instructions.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Deleting your Google data

Disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings → Integrations— this immediately and permanently deletes your stored tokens. You can also revoke Launchpad’s access from your Google Account security settings, or email us to request deletion.

Launchpad’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To operate the platform — delivering leads, syncing appointments, recording sales.
• To secure accounts (phone/email verification) and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional messages such as receipts and account notices.
• To meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio and Resend (verification and email), and phone-validation services for lead quality. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account and business records while your account is active. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact support@launchpadleads.com. Google tokens are deleted immediately on disconnect, as described above.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited by role-based controls, and sensitive credentials are held in managed secret storage.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
